The suburb known as the Radeberger Vorstadt lies in the eastern region of the Outer Neustadt/Antonstadt. It was mainly created from 1854 to 1900 during the development of Dresden’s suburbs.
The diversity of the villa, park and garden architecture and the accompanying enclosures still reflects the harmony between the residential buildings with their formerly high level of comfort and the balanced landscape architecture.
With regard to the facade decoration and the terraces, most of the properties, bear the hallmarks of the Semper-Nikolai group of architects. Prominent residents are of course also highlighted along with the buildings themselves.
